Q Selection divides the products into 3 categories

GOLD - Mint condition

The 'gold' condition from the Q Selection, are items that are new and unused. However, the products have already been out of the original packaging. The retail packaging is opened, damaged or replaced if necessary.
Comes standard with a 1 year warranty!

SILVER - Refurbished

The 'silver' condition from the Q Selection, are items that are still as good as new after a short period of use. They are fully tested and functional, but may contain very small traces of use, which are not visible from 20 cm. Screens are always scratch-free.

BRONZE - Refurbished

The 'bronze' condition from the Q Selection, are items that have been used for a long time. These items have been refurbished by Q Selection. Despite light signs of use and small scratches, these items are in very neat and high-quality condition. This gives these electronics a nice second life.
